Know that the products we have available on our site have been raised, gathered, or made by Michael or Regina at Iron & Elder Farm. (minus the apparel:)

All our animals are on pasture and are supplimented a non-GMO, no soy feed and do not receive any antibotics. The fat used for the tallow products are rendered by Regina.  The tallow (suet) comes from a local, grass-fed cattle farm and the lard (leaf fat) comes from our own pigs.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT currently ship any of our eggs or pork products!
